I had the pleasure of giving a presentation Tuesday evening to a Snow Canyon chapter of the Relief Society (St. George, Utah). The subject matter was Gratitude & Self-care through the holidays based on information and concepts in my book Sacred Soul-Space. I have been in my office for the past 5 years writing the book, now I get to be out with the people which is fun and rewarding!
